―The Queen Garm to villagers.

The Queen Garm (also known as White Garm, formerly called "Blue Garm") is a Garm leader of her own pack and a former slave to a group of barbaric tamers. After being freed thanks to Purchinov, Saki, Bell and Kanya, the Queen Garm decided to take the slave children as her own and protect the village, becoming the new Mountain Deity.

Biography[]

Origins[]

The Queen Garm seemed to be a very strong female for her kind, becoming the leader her own pack. At some point in her life, she became a slave of a band of barbaric tamers who managed to put an enslavement collar on her and as well, her pack. She quickly became a mount for the group of tamers, which gave them some kind of reputation that reached the ears of the nobles such as the likes Jilalie Gorde. Even though she fully obeys orders from her collar, the Queen Garm is still somehow capable to maintain her consciousness as she will later on explain how harsh it was for her to bear this torture device.

Chapter 5[]

Appearance[]

The Queen Garm is an incredibly tall female Garm, towering her peers at least twice the height of a regular Garm. She also possess a pure white fur that distinguish herself from the rest of her pack, who are rather common brown-dark colored. Her fur's details, fangs, overall body appearance is very similar to those of a wolf.

Upon becoming a Mountain Deity and protector of the village, the Queen's appearance totally transformed: her fur became much longer, yet even more smooth in appearance. Her ears became a bit more taller and pointy, her eyes became less menacing and more "benevolent" and received a third eye in the middle of her forehead. When changing, her tail became more smooth and longer, more "wavy".

Behavior[]

Despite her frightening appearance, the Queen Garm is actually extremely benevolent towards human children, as she was alongside enslaved children like she was a slave, knowing those children would not be accepted back to society due to being perceived as bandits, the Queen Garm decided to adopted the children as her own. In addition, the Queen became even more protective of the children's village, as the habitants decided to make a vow of creating a shrine abundant of offerings to worship her, which led her to become a Mountain Deity.

Though not directly said, the Queen shows to take great pride in herself as the leader of a pack, such pride being heavily damaged upon being enslaved by the tamers and hurting her ego truly. Purchinov was the first to noticed her pride being damaged, which he decided to not ride her back as a way to respect her. She also felt intense humiliation when she was being a slave to the leader of the tamers, she was still gaining a low level of her consciousness while biting down Purchinov and urged the president to kill her because how painfully humiliating obeying humans is to her.

At times, she can display anger when being annoyed, an example being Purchinov and Kuma fooling around, which she wanted to carve the bear's inside to feed to the children. Or when she was finally released from the Tamer Leader's enslavement collar, she undergo enormous levels of rage before slaying him in pieces. She also can show embarrassment and even blush, the only time being when the villagers started to praise and worship her as their protector. Kanya made the comment on how the Queen Garm is such a "tsundere queen", with the queen responding "lass, silence".

Trivia[]

  • Despite her name suggest, it is unknown if she rules over all Garms, as there are no hints of hierarchy in groups of Garms (aside leadership, where one leads the group). Purchinov was also the first (and the one who calls her the most) to call her with the name "Queen".
  • Strange enough, the leader tamer called her "Blue Garm", even though she is obviously white. Either being an error in the translation or simply a ridiculous nickname the tamer gave to her is unknown.
